Andrew D. Klein
Andy has started four businesses, including the first Internet investment bank (Wit Capital) and the largest distributor of U.S. independent equity research (Soleil Securities).  Most recently he was a co-founder of SkyBridge Capital, a hedge fund incubation fund that has a strategic relationship with the private investment company of Michael S. Dell. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brandeis University.

Thed Lenssen
Thed is one of Europe's most highly acclaimed commercial directors. He has directed commercials for Heineken, Philips, Volkswagen and many others. Many of his commercials have received awards from the major advertising festivals around the world. Twice voted European Commercial Director of The Year and winner of 3 Cannes Lions, Thed founded and has operated The-D Films and Snoep Films, both Amsterdam based production companies. Prior to starting in commercial production, Thed was a fashion photographer. He studied fine arts at St. Joost College of Art.

Valerie is a senior new media and advertising executive with a strong international profile. She has operated as a senior executive at ITT Corporation, Young & Rubicam (WPP), DraftWorldwide (Interpublic group) and as an executive in residence and advisor with Ariadne Capital. She most recently established a global advertising technology company that was acquired by Fast Search & Transfer in 2006. She holds an MBA from The University of Bradford and a B.A. from The University of South Africa. She has also studied at INSEAD and London Business School.

Bill is a seasoned information technology executive. Prior to joining Spotzer, he was Corporate Vice President, Information Technology at Verio. Bill helped grow Verio into a tier-one ISP and the world's largest domain-based web hosting company. Verio was sold to NTT for $5.5 billion in 2000. Previously, Bill was Director of Business Information Systems at Nextel. Funded by Craig McCaw, he led the IT software development division and helped build Nextel into the first US nationwide digital wireless communications company; ultimately acquired by Sprint for $36 billion. Bill holds an MS from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Gordon Henry

Gordon Henry
Gordon is a seasoned media executive with more than twenty years of advertising and publishing experience in yellow pages, publishing and direct marketing. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Yellowbook, where he worked for seven years. Previously, he held senior positions with Knight Ridder/Philadelphia Newspapers Inc. and Columbia House Company. He earned an MBA at Wharton Business School, an MA in International Affairs at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA at Yale University.
