Executives
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Andy has started four businesses including Wit Capital, the first Internet investment bank. Most recently he was co-founder of SkyBridge Capital. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brandeis University.
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Spotzer Bouke worked for seven years with McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, Bouke was a junior partner focusing on corporate strategy and M&A within various industries. Previously he worked at Arthur D. Little for three years. Bouke has a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
Chief Commercial Officer
An expert sales executive, Steven has worked since 2006 as a management consultant providing advisory services to yellow page publishers and other sales organizations targeting SMEs. Steven started his career selling and then managing sales teams for more than 8 years for ICT and Telecom companies. He has a MS in Corporate Law from the University of Leiden.

Investors
Sierra Ventures is a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm focused on investments across all areas of the information technology sector from semiconductors to enterprise software. Sierra Ventures has managed nine venture capital partnerships and currently has more than $1.5 billion of capital under management.
Cyrte Investments is a Dutch based asset manager that operates several funds including a telecom, media and technology fund. Cyrte's investors include the Dutch pension fund PGGM and the media entrepreneur John de Mol.
SV Angel is a Sillicon Valley angel fund established by Ron Conway, who is one of the world's most prolific and successful angel investors. Current investments include early stage investments in Google, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
