Yoana made an astonishing job working on SoWeb and IOL Try & Buy. She showed extraordinary dedication and persistence working on intense, challenging project with ease (SoWeb). We are very happy to recognize her talent, her dedication and her outstanding innovations regarding how we build sites (IOL Try & Buy). HQ Award — Bryan Starr
Bryan, one of Spotzers’ senior developers, is this months award winner at HQ. Bryan has worked tirelessly on further developing Spotzer’s award winning Customer Engagement Platform. Not only working on the development, Bryan has also been jumping on partner and product calls, from early morning till late at night, and has been the key to the success of this platform. He is a consummate professional and great fun to work with, and for all his hard work – we salute him!
Manila Team Award — Ernest Sahagun and Debbie Rose Tolentino
They have proven high level of reliability, making sure all information / training needed are done aptly. Both are aligned and driven by the same goals – and that is to ensure QAs in Manila are well equipped with the right skills and knowledge. True to their role as QAs – both are very keen on details, knowing what needs to be done ahead of time.

‘Pato’ was a pivotal team member throughout September. Working on multiple projects and often pulled in many directions.
