All our employees have been flexible and very resourceful but Chloe really stood out this month for the management team and her colleagues. She is always ready to help in any way possible, to put her hand up and say “I’ll do this”, “I don’t mind working on this, I’ll do that”. By her responsiveness, she demonstrated how much she cares about her colleagues. Chloe is very diligent, a real team player, she also helps her colleagues across the business to get through any challenge. She really speaks her mind and her feedback, clarity, and honesty are very appreciated.
Over several months, Carl has been documenting all aspects of every product within the Spotzer portfolio and aligning these to ensure we have standardisation and consistency in our offering. He has worked with multiple teams to double-check the accuracy of each piece of information. Once confirmed, he has led the way with populating our new tool, which houses this information and will be launched to the business in the coming weeks. More recently, Carl has been a driving force on the training for Client Managers and the teams in Manila.
Alvin has been a valued member of the team for quite a while, but over the last 6 months, he has become invaluable. He has taken the lead on post-live revisions, taking it upon himself to generate standard responses, implement time-saving measures, and improve upon the already high standards of quality the team delivers. Alvin's work is now used as an example of how post-live maintenance work should be detailed and processed end to end. On top of all this, he also steps into QA of sites whether or not he worked on them previously. This willingness to help out the team is much appreciated by his colleagues and is vital to the ongoing high levels of customer service Alvin and the team deliver.

Jochem is always paying attention to detail and doing an amazing amount of work! He was able to remotely lead the Tech team in these different times. He was also able to support Production and Operations and to get through all the different projects that he was getting before the deadlines. Thanks, Jochem, for all your support!
In no time, as soon as she started the role, she started learning the products and helping the team in Melbourne in a very efficient manner. She has always been very prompt, generous, and always stepping up to assist the customer. We are happy to have such a supportive team member who is always there, whenever her assistance is needed with regards to follow-ups to the client and making urgent revisions.
She made it a point to always be helpful. Whenever there is an opportunity to learn and add more skill, she would take it. She will go the extra mile to extend help. Thanks for your hard work, Myca, especially in this extraordinary time!
