CEO Award - Anthony Collinson
Anthony is our quiet achiever. Whatever task he gets, he always tackles it in the best possible way without bragging about it. Although he is shy for recognition, every Operation Award’s nominee always thanks him first for all the support and guidance he provides. Over the past month, he worked with two teams in two different countries and launched new partners.
Operations Award - Elza Kampara
Elza showed herself as a real trooper with an incredible can-do attitude. Over the past month, her amount of orders doubled and she still took on the challenge and delivered a perfect result. Elza always does the best for the customers and Team Leaders.
Global Design & Content Award - Mikolaj Wieckowski
Mike, Mikolaj, Nick (everyone calls him differently) is a valuable member of the content team. His positive vibe, eagerness to help with any challenge, any project made him a famous person across the departments. In addition to his day-to-day tasks as a Copywriter Services Manager, Mikolaj tackles all marketing materials.
Melbourne Award - Cherie McTaggart
A huge shoutout to Cherie, for her continuous can-do attitude and willingness to take on any task handed to her. We're so glad to have someone on our team who can adapt to any role in the business, from consultation calls to CMQA to supporting numerous partners, we really believe there's nothing she can't do. Cherie's bubbly attitude always keeps spirits high and can be felt both when in the office and whilst working from home during our catch-ups. You can guarantee every message Cherie sends is ended with a smiley face and it's because of her incredible work throughout the month of March and her amazing positive attitude.
HQ Award - Denys Koval
During the last month, Denys stepped out with his dedication and his ability to promptly find the best possible solutions. When everyone was putting 120% of effort into every task, he put 200%. Denys is a great team player, he thinks together with a team on how to improve the product, he aims for perfection and he is not afraid to ask questions.
Manila Award - Khale Velasquez
Khale’s eagerness to enhance his skills made him stand out even more during these challenging times. He willingly accepted the transition to the Design Revisions team and submitted himself to the training to eventually support builds, while still supporting the QA production. He is able to finish more than usual despite being busy with training and revisions. His team is amazed by how he manages his time and his dedication.
