In our mission to help small businesses survive and grow, we partner with the world’s leading brands to manage their large SMB customer base and provide online presence, digital marketing and ecommerce solutions at scale. We operate a global best in class, white-labeled in a do-it-for-me model. Our approach requires native language speakers with varying skill sets in digital marketing and by definition means our workforce consists of many backgrounds and nationalities.
Since we transitioned to working remotely last March, we’ve taken extra measures to ensure the health and well-being of our employees. Our people rated us a 4.72 out of 5 in how we managed the COVID situation and moved to work from home with fun treats that we send our people to try to brighten up their day in difficult times. We continue to foster a ‘free to speak’ culture and engage regularly to collect feedback from our teams. We strive to be a company that attracts great people and helps them do amazing work. Our employees in a recent survey rated us 79% in a great place to work. We strive to get to 100%.
We continue to evolve our OMaaS (Online Marketing as a Service) suite and recently launched Sales as a Service to all our partners where we help them grow their revenue and margin.
